Water! Oil
“Water! Oil” is a rhyming science picture book that introduces the concept that oil floats on water. The Waternik characters accidentally spill vegetable oil into a well. They observe that the oil floats on top of the water and scoop it off. There is a song at the end of the book related to the science concept in the story.
